Accommodation

We have a range of accommodation to suit our different tours.

For our ‘Centrally’ based tours, you stay in one location for the duration of the tour and you have the choice of staying in our own beautiful Guest House Villa ‘Caserio Castaño’ or at the 4* Antequera Parador Hotel in nearby Antequera.

For our ‘Circuit’ style tours, you stay in high quality ‘City Centre’ hotels, as detailed in the tour itineraries.

Before or after your tour, some guests like to extend their stay in the Málaga/Marbella region and often ask if we can help them source accommodation and, as a great alternative to staying in hotels, you may wish to consider renting a luxury apartment for a few days www.xpce.es

Villa Caserio Castaño

We own a lovely 5,000 square foot guest house in the village of Mollina, near Antequera. It is located 60km North of Málaga and a 45 minute drive from the airport.

Mollina is the largest wine producing area in Andalucía, being surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.

The old farmhouse of the village, it has been extensively renovated and modernised with each bedroom having its own walk-in shower bathroom. There is a guest lounge and a modern kitchen with breakfast room.

It has a large swimming pool, tiled sunbed area, outside seating areas and there are restaurants and a supermarket close-by.

The bedrooms are very comfortable with high quality bedlinen & pillows, large double beds and most have direct access to the outside terraces.

The bedrooms are cleaned daily by our housekeeper and the towels changed regularly. A comprehensive continental breakfast is served daily.

The rooms all have TV, hair dryer and tea/coffee making facilities.

In total, the Villa has three large suites (two with large double beds and one with two single beds), an apartment and two additional double bedrooms. This provides a total of 6 guest bedrooms.

The Villa provides the experience of staying in a typical Spanish village with local restaurants, whilst experiencing the delights of the Cities during the day.

Should you prefer to stay in the larger, nearby, historic town of Antequera, then some tours are scheduled with accommodation at the 4* Antequera Parador Hotel.

Because, at certain times of the year, restaurants in Mollina tend to be closed, some tours in the schedule will be solely based from Antequera.
