To make an enquiry, please contact us by email by clicking on the email link on the ‘CONTACT’ page, and we will email you a copy of our Tour Schedule.

We will confirm availability for your preferred tour dates.

When you wish to make the booking, please confirm by email providing the Lead Guest Name, the tour you would like, including dates, and the number of guests.

We will then send you an electronic invoice, via Stripe Financial Institution, and you can make payment securely by Credit/Debit Card for the deposit.

All major cards are accepted.

The balance is due around 30 days before the tour start date and we send you an electronic invoice for this.

The payment of the deposit confirms your participation on the tour.

The single deposit covers up to three guests, you do not pay a deposit per guest.

For four or more guests, the deposit is 15% of the total price.

It is essential that you have comprehensive travel insurance that provides cover for any unforeseen event occurs that may result in the cancellation of the tour.

Payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.

NOTE: All of our invoices, for deposit and balance payments, are generated by ‘STRIPE’ Financial Institution who process the card payments.

You can make payment by bank transfer, but you must contact us to request our account details.

If you receive any invoice that is not from Stripe requesting payment, then please do not make payment and contact us immediately.

We want to ensure our customers are protected from any scam emails/invoices.
