The ‘Flavours of Andalucia’ tour extension is a 3 days/3 nights experience aimed at guests who would like to augment their tour experience some of the other elements for which Andalucia is famous for, from the white villages to its produce and gastronomy.

For the tour you stay at our Guest House Villa ‘Caserio Castaño’ or the 4* Antequera Parador Hotel.

Tour Itinerary Overview

Day 1:

After breakfast, we take you to visit LA Organic – La Almazara organic olive oil mill near Ronda. The mill is designed by the renowned industrial designer ‘Philippe Starck’ and is a tribute to Andalucia and its culture. You will have a tour of the olive groves, the mill and a tasting in the reception centre. Following the visit, take lunch in Ronda before visiting a lovely family run Wine Bodega and vineyards, which also includes a tour and tasting.

Day 2:

After a leisurely breakfast, we depart for a visit to the famous ‘Mercardo Ataranzas’ the main fresh produce market of Málaga. Originally a ‘Nasrid’ Moorish Boat Yard, it retains the main façade and is where many locals go to purchase their fresh meat, fish, cheese, vegetables and fruit. Their are many tapas bars, so you can enjoy lunch before we park at the Marina to allow you to spend a few hours in the historic centre before an evening tapas tour delivered by an experienced local.  

Day 3:

At 09.30, we will take you to visit the beautiful white Moorish village of Frigiliana, voted one of the prettiest villages in Spain. Enjoy wandering its charming lanes and take lunch. After lunch, we visit the amazing Nerja Caves with their huge stalagmites and stalactites and cavernous chambers and a short visit to The Balcon de Europa in Nerja . We return to your accommodation arriving early evening.

Day 4:

This is departure day and we transfer you to the appropriate location for your onward travel, accordingly, In essence, the departure day for you main tour has been replaced by day 1 of the tour extension and moved to this day.
